Policy

All book and workbook purchases made directly through The People Canvas are final, including signed and personalized copies. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. 

Books That Arrive Damaged

If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery directly at info@peoplecanvashr.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage and the packaging. 

Once the damage is confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we will refund the damaged item and its applicable original shipping charges to your original payment method. Please keep the book and packaging until we respond as damaged books will need to be returned. We will cover return shipping. 

Purchases Through Other Retailers

Books purchased through Amazon or another retailer are subject to that retailer's return and refund policies. Please contact the retailer directly for assistance. 

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
